Darin R. Leong counsels employers in all aspects of employment law, with a focus on discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour compliance and disability accommodation. He also represents management in traditional labor matters before the National Labor Relations Board, collective bargaining, arbitration under collective bargaining agreements and obtaining court injunctions against illegal strikes and job actions.

In addition, Mr. Leong has substantial background and experience representing musicians, artists, record labels and distributors with respect to their rights under copyright and trademark law.

Prior to joining MJW in January 2007, Mr. Leong practiced labor and employment law at Proskauer Rose LLP in New York City.

Mr. Leong is a graduate of Pomona College and received his law degree at New York University. He is licensed to practice in the states of Hawaii and New York.
